一、冷凍海產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口注意事項
1、首先定出口國
不是所有***的海產(chǎn)品都可以進(jìn)口的，只有已獲得輸華檢驗檢疫準(zhǔn)入資格或已有輸華貿(mào)易的***（地區(qū)）的海產(chǎn)品才允許進(jìn)口；

2、確定水產(chǎn)品養(yǎng)殖方式
如果是養(yǎng)殖的水產(chǎn)品需要提供《進(jìn)境動植物檢驗檢疫許可證》；

3、冷凍倉庫的確定
如果冷凍倉庫沒有在海關(guān)備過案，是不允許存放的。

二.進(jìn)口前期，國外企業(yè)需要滿足哪些基本條件
1.國外合作企業(yè)**在在華注冊名單內(nèi)
（并不是所有的食品都有這個要求，需要在華注冊的只有像乳制品、肉類、水產(chǎn)品及燕窩）
在華注冊的簡單流程：由國外人員拿相關(guān)資料到駐外大***去申報受理，備案后，國內(nèi)會派人到國外公司去檢測，辦理在華注冊的時間大概2個月。

2.進(jìn)口的冷凍海鮮**在水產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)入目錄內(nèi)，像一個客戶提供的加拿大藍(lán)鱈魚并不在準(zhǔn)入范圍內(nèi)，所以是不能進(jìn)口的。
三.經(jīng)營單位需要資質(zhì)：
1.經(jīng)營冷凍水產(chǎn)品營業(yè)執(zhí)照
2.冷凍水產(chǎn)品衛(wèi)生許可證
備注：若無資質(zhì)，可以用我公司的抬頭進(jìn)口申報，即雙抬頭報關(guān)，我司作為經(jīng)營單位，貴司作為收貨單位。
四.進(jìn)口冷凍海鮮企業(yè)需要提供哪些資料
1.國外企業(yè)資料：國外管方出具的原產(chǎn)地Z，衛(wèi)生證、成分檢測報告，水產(chǎn)品捕撈證書及一些普貨資料（箱單、合同等資料）

2.國內(nèi)企業(yè)資料：企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照，進(jìn)出口權(quán)，換單委托書，***機(jī)構(gòu)代理等
注意：若進(jìn)口的冷凍海鮮是**的，則不需要辦理《進(jìn)境動植物檢疫檢驗許可證》，
若進(jìn)口的是養(yǎng)殖的，則需要辦理質(zhì)檢證，需1-2個月左右時間。

If the import is breeding, you need to apply for quality inspection certificate, about 1-2 months.
五.進(jìn)口冷凍海鮮的簡單流程 貨物到港流程：
換單（提貨單換提單）——報關(guān)報檢——查驗——商檢查驗——標(biāo)簽——出衛(wèi)生證——放行（貨物到港完成放行時間7個工作日）
我司可做門到門提貨服務(wù)，國外***提貨送至國內(nèi)企業(yè)或商家、個人。
備注：貨物需要中性包裝，也就是里面裹一層薄膜袋，外面為紙箱。
貨物包裝的箱體需要有中文標(biāo)簽，標(biāo)簽內(nèi)容：品名、規(guī)格、產(chǎn)地、保存溫度、保存期限等。
六.關(guān)于進(jìn)口冷凍海鮮費(fèi)用問題
主要費(fèi)用: 標(biāo)簽費(fèi)，倉儲費(fèi)，碼頭雜費(fèi)，運(yùn)輸費(fèi)，換單費(fèi)，關(guān)稅等等費(fèi)用
備注：因冷凍海鮮進(jìn)口時，***進(jìn)口是需要進(jìn)行商檢抽樣檢測，這時商檢是只允許貨物儲存在商檢監(jiān)管的冷凍倉庫的，如果不抽樣，3-4天即可清關(guān)完成.***鏈?zhǔn)巧虾５貐^(qū)為數(shù)不多的操作海鮮成熟的***報關(guān)企業(yè)，且經(jīng)驗豐富的進(jìn)口清關(guān)企業(yè).
